Responsibilities : Marketing Strategy and Execution : Oversee the development, coordination & deployment of marketing initiatives according to the Marketing Calendar, from strategic discussion & development through Brand Managers. Advertising & Promotions : Oversee the development of work by local advertising & promotional agencies, as well as the adaptation of Global & Regional campaigns via DRs. Best Practices Evaluation : Evaluate recommendations of DRs for marketing best practices from Global & Regional initiatives. Market Research : Evaluate recommendations of DRs for the execution of market research. Trade and Channel Development : Drive DRs to co-develop and collaborate with the Sales organization on Trade Promotional programs and P-O-S support. Innovation : Lead the strategic discussions & project management around product innovation and evaluate recommendations of DRs while supporting the development of local innovation, collaborating with R&D, Finance & Operations. Talent Development : Uplift DR capabilities via coaching and formal training initiatives. Minimum Requirements : 5 years of experience in Advertising, Media & Research capabilities. 5 years of experience in understanding consumer & trade insights and utilizing them to drive broad strategy. 2 years of experience in People Management & Development. 2 years of knowledge of operations in an organizational setup.
