Schedule : Monday to Friday, 4 : 00 PM – 1 : 00 AM PKT (Winter : 5 : 00 PM – 2 : 00 AM) + occasional weekends

About the Project

Innovatech Solutions Inc. is building a Healthcare Direct-to-Patient Portal – Phase 1 , a secure HIPAA-aligned technology platform that connects patients with healthcare services.

We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate development and QA teams, prepare documentation, and ensure smooth execution. This is a remote, client-facing governance role — you will interact with our internal team and receive direction from the Architect / Project Head.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project documentation (UML diagrams, Activity Diagrams, FRDs).
• Coordinate with developers and QA engineers on deliverables and timelines.
• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the team.
• Manage progress tracking, risk reporting, and escalations .
• Ensure compliance alignment (HIPAA-related considerations, security documentation).
• Support sprint planning, daily updates, and milestone tracking.
