About The Role : We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Project Manager

with a solid understanding of how software systems are built and how they function. This role is designed for someone who has

6 months of project management exposure

and is eager to expand their skills in handling end-to-end project coordination, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work under the guidance of senior project managers, focusing primarily on project management practices rather than being trained in basic software development concepts. Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, organizing, and managing projects from initiation to closure. Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring milestones are met. Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes. Coordinate with developers, QA, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication. Support in identifying project risks and escalating issues to senior PMs. Monitor task progress in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.). Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings when needed. Ensure adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and client expectations. Communicate updates effectively with clients and internal teams. Requirements

Up to 1 year of proven project management experience (internship or junior role). Strong understanding of

how software systems are built and function

(frontend, backend, APIs, databases, QA / testing, deployment cycles). Basic knowledge of Agile / Scrum or Waterfall methodologies. Familiarity with project tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Bachelorfs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred). What We Offer
