Responsibilities
- Manage growth in the local market for Alibaba.com through channel partners, acting as the key communicator between Alibaba.com teams and Pakistan channel partners to achieve sales results that drive business growth and share in the local market.
- Build strong connections with local government, business associations, and enterprises to explore business opportunities and organize community events to uncover industry opportunities.
- Summarize target channel profiles, recruit and nurture channels for rapid growth, build in‑market channel networks, and manage channel teams.
- Conduct in‑depth research to gain knowledge of the Pakistani market (especially Lahore, Faisalabad) and industry (especially Textile, Apparel, Medical devices).
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a sales manager or channel manager, including building a sales team or channel network and achieving excellent sales results.Experience working closely and collaboratively with the Government of Pakistan, business associations, industry councils, and other organizations.Result‑oriented, efficient, and high quality in completing the work assigned by the supervisor and responding to messages from superiors in a timely manner.Proficient and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Prefer experience in sales management in an e‑commerce company (e.g. Daraz) or B2B platform related company.Prefer experience in marketing and brand management.Seniority level
