Job Description We are looking for a motivated Final Expense (Team Leader / Supervisor) to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based near Nipa Chowrangi, Karachi. This position is open only to Male Candidates with relevant experience. The role focuses on sales targeting the US market and offers a great chance to develop your career within a dynamic and supportive environment. Working hours are from 7 : 00 PM to 3 : 00 AM, making it suitable for candidates comfortable with night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Should lead the Team effectively.
Should maintain the sales sheet and the quality of sales.
Communicate effectively with US-based clients.
Ensure a high closing ratio through persuasive communication.
Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture leads and convert them into successful sales.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions post-sale.
Keep detailed and accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Follow scripts, processes, and compliance standards.
Provide training and mentorship to new and existing team members, supporting the development of a high-performing sales force.
Job Specification
Minimum 2 years of Proven Sales Experience, with US-based Final Expense Campaign.
Demonstrated ability to close deals from initial contact through to final agreement.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Should have strong Leadership Skills
Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet or exceed sales targets.
Willingness and availability to work the night shift from 7 : 00 PM to 3 : 00 AM.
