Team Leader MSME

We are seeking applications for the position of Team Leader MSME. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online. Job responsibilities

Should possess experience of managing Sales team. Assign monthly and annual target to his team and monitor the actual performance. Maintain the PAR below 1% of his team outstanding portfolio. Ensure 99% recovery of his team’s loans. Ensure Compliance to all SBP’s and Bank’s policies, rules and regulations. Must have basic knowledge about microfinance credit products. Should have knowledge of financial appraisal including, cash flow analysis, income statement to determine repayment capacity of borrowers. Ensure that the sales targets are achieved as set by the management. Monitoring of proper loan utilization after loan disbursement and to immediately inform supervisor in case of miss-utilization of loan. Ensure timely recovery of loans. Any other task assigned by Management.
