About This Role
We are hiring a Client Communication Manager who will be responsible for managing chats on Fiverr, Upwork, and Gmail — handling inquiries, collecting requirements, and keeping client communication sharp, professional, and context-aware.
This is not a typical "VA-style" support job. It’s a dynamic, high-paced role where you’ll be the face of our business to clients, expected to think critically, communicate with confidence, and grow in your understanding of the technical services we offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle real-time chats and emails with clients regarding CRM, automation, and technical service inquiries.
- Understand client goals and project scopes to pass accurate details to the team.
- Track and manage context across conversations using internal systems
- Stay updated on the tools we use (GHL, Zapier, Trello, etc.) to answer queries confidently
- Escalate complex or technical cases to relevant team leads with clear internal notes.
- Follow SOPs and maintain quality, speed, and tone in all communications.
