Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP (including Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service). The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and support of Dynamics 365 applications.
Key Responsibilities : Engage with business stakeholders to understand their processes, needs, and objectives. Analyze and document functional requirements for both CRM and ERP modules. Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Field Service, etc.) to meet business requirements. Conduct functional workshops and training sessions with users and stakeholders. Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure solution feasibility and alignment. Support testing phases (UAT, SIT) by creating test cases and assisting users. Participate in go-live planning, cutover, and post-implementation support. Create and maintain documentation (functional specs, user guides, training material). Ensure system compliance with organizational and regulatory policies. Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and / or ERP. Strong understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, or Field Service. Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, solution design, testing, and user training. Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus. Knowledge of data migration, integration techniques, and Azure services is an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Microsoft Certifications (MB-210, MB-310, MB-500, PL-200, etc.) are preferred.
