Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labour, Talent, Performance & Succession Planning, Compensation).
- Provide functional expertise for process design, requirement gathering, and gap analysis.
- Support HR transformation projects including process re-engineering and automation.
- Prepare functional specifications for integrations with ERP, Payroll, and external systems.
- Handle functional testing, UAT, and end-user training.
- Support integrations with Payroll, ERP, and third-party HR systems.
- Handle in data migration, UAT, documentation, and training.
Skills & Experience Required
3–8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation / support.Strong functional knowledge of HR business processes.Strong hands-on experience in Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Talent modules.Proven ability in HCM data migration, HDL templates, and validation.Experience with security roles, duty roles, and approval hierarchies.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage HR directors and business leaders.Deep knowledge of Payroll localization (WPS, EOSB, gratuity, overtime, deductions).Ability to design HR KPIs & reports to support HR analytics and decision-making.Hands-on configuration of HCM modules, fast formulas, workflows, and approvals.Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.Experience in multi-country / multi-entity deployments preferred.Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.Seniority level
