Role Description

Make / receive calls to potential clients and follow up on leads. Qualify and convert leads, set appointments for account managers. Update the CRM daily and provide call notes. Meet weekly / monthly sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications

6 months to 1 year call center or tele-sales experience Strong communication and customer service skills Proven experience in sales and the ability to meet targets Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Seniority level
