We’re hiring a Senior Sales Team Leader who can independently identify, reach out to, and close deals with U.S.-based businesses. You must have a proven track record in cold outreach, lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing retainers or project-based deals. Bonus if you’ve already sold similar services for another U.S.-focused agency.
Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads via outbound calls - Call Closer experience
- Set up discovery calls, build relationships, and pitch our digital services
- Understand client pain points and offer custom solutions
- Handle follow-ups and close deals independently
- Maintain activity in a CRM and submit weekly reports
- Help refine pitch scripts, sales funnels, and processes
- Option to build and lead a junior SDR / caller team later
