to join our digital marketing agency. We help e-commerce brands scale with paid ads and email marketing — now we need someone who can help

us

scale by generating qualified leads and driving discovery calls with potential clients. What You’ll Be Doing

Lead Sourcing :

Use tools like Clay and Apollo.io to build targeted prospect lists across e-commerce and DTC brands. Email Outreach :

Launch and manage outbound email campaigns using tools like Instantly, Lemlist, or HubSpot. LinkedIn Outreach :

Run consistent, personalized outreach campaigns through LinkedIn using Sales Navigator. Platform Engagement :

Respond to leads and submit tailored proposals on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, FlexJobs, and similar platforms. Booking Meetings :

Generate qualified leads and get them to discovery calls with our sales team. CRM & Tracking :

Maintain accurate lead tracking using CRM / spreadsheets and stay on top of follow-ups. Collaboration :

Relay client feedback, objections, and trends to the internal team to improve offers and messaging. What We’re Looking For

2+ years of proven outreach or business development experience Proficient with

Apollo.io ,

Clay ,

HubSpot ,

Instantly ,

Lemlist , and

Sales Navigator Strong communication skills — especially written — and fluent in English Experience generating leads across Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and email Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and consistently hit outreach targets Bonus if you’ve booked real meetings for agencies or service businesses Why Join Us?
