Aurexo, a modern digital agency offering video editing, social media management, and Python development services, is looking for a self-motivated Business Development & Outreach Specialist to drive new business through direct outreach, community engagement, and lead generation.
Your Core Responsibilities :
Identify & collect qualified leads from LinkedIn, Apollo, Upwork, directories, and relevant tools Reach out to prospects via : LinkedIn DMs Cold emails Cold calls Engage in online forums & communities (Facebook groups, Reddit, Discord servers, Slack groups, Quora, etc.) by : Starting valuable conversations Answering queries Subtly promoting Aurexo’s services with a strong call to action Represent Aurexo professionally across platforms and communicate clearly about our services Track outreach and follow-ups in CRM or Google Sheets Work closely with leadership to improve outreach strategy and increase conversions
You’re the Right Fit If You :
Have experience in sales, outreach, or lead generation (freelancers & interns also welcome) Are confident in communication — written, verbal & on-call Can find leads, engage, and convert them into customers Know how to communicate in forums and groups without sounding spammy Understand our services or are willing to learn fast Are self-disciplined and goal-driven
Bonus if You Have :
Experience using tools like Apollo, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Nav Familiarity with Upwork / Fiverr / LinkedIn job boards for lead hunting Knowledge of growth hacking or community marketing
