Job Summary :
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to drive delegate and sponsorship sales for events and international delegations. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing sponsorship and delegate participation deals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify potential sponsors and delegates through research and outreach.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospects and existing sponsors.
- Pitch event and delegation opportunities to corporate clients and partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist in preparing sponsorship proposals and customized packages.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of sponsors and delegates.
- Represent at events and meetings as needed.
- Manage and support social media outreach efforts related to sponsorship and delegate engagement, including assisting with relevant content postings.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or sponsorship roles.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of social media content / postings is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
