Sales Outreach Team

and looking for high-performing individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and making an impact. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, turning conversations into conversions, and being recognized for their hard work. What You’ll Do

Reach out to potential customers to recover abandoned carts and close sales. Provide product recommendations and guide buyers toward the best-fit solutions. Proactively engage customers via email, SMS, and live chat. Deliver exceptional customer service and troubleshoot issues efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to improve strategies and achieve sales goals. What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of proven remote / online sales and customer support experience. 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat (e-commerce experience is a big plus). Strong persuasive communication skills and a natural ability to convert leads. Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or customer engagement platforms. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment. Technical Requirements
