Responsibilities :
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
Monitor marketing trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities.
Develop customized marketing and advertising strategies.
Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency.
Supervise new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and KPIs.
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals.
Monitor SEO and other social media platforms and web traffic metrics.
Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Requirements and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
3 to 5 years of Proven experience as a Brand Marketing Manager or similar role.
Hands-on experience in content management.
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies.
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of online marketing channels.
Experience in social media video and photo production creation.
Ability to create attractive video and photo content applicable for social media platforms.
Video and photo equipment handling skills.
Proficiency with digital technology and editing software.
