Automotive Sales & Customer Experience Specialist

Job descriptionCraft custom service quotes tailored to the customer’s vehicle type, goals, and performance expectations. Educate customers on tuning options, exhaust systems, and related upgrades with a focus on value, reliability, and results. Close sales confidently by understanding both technical specifications and client needs. Book installation or tuning appointments with certified service centers or local dealers. Maintain a seamless customer journey through efficient scheduling using CRM and calendar tools. Ensure each customer is prepped and ready for their shop visit—no surprises, just horsepower. Track all customer activity, service status, and follow-ups via Slack, Zoho CRM, Dialpad, and other platforms. Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Bring your ideas to the table recommend promotions, seasonal campaigns, or upsell opportunities based on market trends. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine outreach and boost conversion rates. Driven by Performance : You love cars, especially when they’re optimized for power and speed. You speak the language of torque, boost, and mods. Customer-Obsessed : You take pride in creating unforgettable customer experiences before, during, and after the sale. Self-Starter : You don’t need hand-holding. You’re motivated, dependable, and accountable in a remote setup. Tech-Literate : CRMs, communication tools, and quoting platforms are second nature to you. Great Communicator : You can simplify technical details for non-tech customers and still talk shop with enthusiasts. Minimum2 yearsof experience inautomotive salesoraftermarket customer support Solid understanding ofperformance parts : ECU tuning, turbo upgrades, downpipes, exhausts, and intakes Proficiency in tools likeZoho CRM,Slack,Dialpad, andWix(or similar platforms) Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written);Spanish or Punjabia bonus Strong organizational and follow-up skills in aremote work environment Initial Phone Call : Quick screening to understand your background and interest Video Interview : Dive deeper into your skills and automotive knowledge Final Client Interview : Meet the team you’ll be supporting Background Check : Quick verification of your work history and references

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Start your shift by reviewing leads and messages in the CRM. Then jump into conversations, answer questions about the latest ECU tuning options or walk a customer through the benefits of upgrading to a high-flow downpipe. You’ll send quotes, schedule dealer visits, follow up on installations, and close deals. Throughout the day, you’ll collaborate with your team, brainstorm new ideas, and help car lovers unlock the full potential of their rides. It’s remote work but with real horsepower.
