About The Job :

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with around 5 years of experience in technical hiring from a global software company. He / She can attract candidates using various sources like social media networks and referrals and ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals, social media etc.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job portals etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications as per the job descriptions and assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes mentioned in the resume to match it with the job descriptions
• Conduct interviews as per the process approved by the company
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote company’s core values i.e. “Passionate, Progressive and Professional”
