Marsh Commercial is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join its Enterprise team as a Trainee Client Advisor. This hybrid role is based in either Glasgow or Dundee, and requires working at least four days a week in the office. About the Role

As a Trainee Client Advisor, you will provide exceptional service to new and existing clients, support a range of commercial insurance products, manage client relationships, and ensure all service standards are met. Whether you have previous insurance experience or are new to the field, Marsh Commercial offers a structured induction program and support to pursue chartered insurance qualifications.

After initial training, you’ll manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, handling renewals, invoicing, and preparing quotes. You’ll also identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to give clients the best coverage.

• Deliver exceptional client service across all aspects of account management and meet Marsh Commercial’s high standards.
• Handle multiple client queries efficiently and collaborate with insurer partners.
• Support colleagues as needed and engage in ongoing training to gain a deep understanding of major insurance classes.
