• Monday to Friday : 9 AM to 6 PM BST Job Responsibilities Client Acquisition : Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and enhance company growth. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure satisfaction. Market Research : Conduct thorough research to identify new markets and opportunities within the recruitment industry. Proposal Development : Prepare and present customized recruitment service proposals and contracts to prospective clients. Networking : Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote the company's services. Strategic Planning : Develop strategic business plans to expand the client base and drive revenue growth. Sales and Negotiation : Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with clients to secure partnerships. Collaboration with Recruitment Team : Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively. Lead Management : Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and manage leads through various stages of the sales cycle. Reporting and Analysis : Track sales performance, create detailed business reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Client Consultation : Advise clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and best practices to align with their business goals. CRM Management : Update and manage client information in CRM systems to maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules. Cross-functional Coordination : Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance client acquisition strategies and campaigns.
