Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Advisor based in the Lahore District. The Technical Advisor will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring prompt resolutions to client queries. Additional responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, communicating technical solutions effectively, and collaborating with teams to maintain performance standards. The role will involve assisting with technical processes and enhancing the overall client experience through proactive problem-solving.
