Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.

Create, curate, and manage published content (e.g., posts, images, videos) across all social media platforms.

Monitor online presence and audience engagement on various social channels.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.

Analyze social media metrics and provide weekly / monthly reports, offering insights and recommendations for improvements.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.

Handle social media interactions and inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.

Organize and manage contests, giveaways, and other marketing campaigns on social channels.

Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain a content calendar and coordinate with various teams for content creation.

Requirements

Proven 1 to 2 years of work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of social media management and strategy.

Solid knowledge of keyword research and Google Analytics.

Familiarity with web design and publishing.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Ability to develop creative and engaging content.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Strong copywriting and editing skills.

Ability to work in person and collaboratively in a team environment.

Ability to adapt and learn new tools and technologies quickly.

Passion for staying updated on industry trends and developments.
