Meta Work Solution is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original content, managing posts and ad campaigns, and managing various companies' brands cohesively to achieve their individual marketing goals. This includes creating custom audiences for ad targeting, measuring analytics, and making adjustments to optimize success. You should be able to handle social media presence for multiple accounts, ensuring high web traffic and customer engagement. As a Social Media Manager, you should stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. Excellent written and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to express various companies' views creatively and professionally. Responsibilities
Use social media content planning tools to develop social media calendars for all clients and organize / publish posts across platforms. Edit posts and content based on client feedback, ensuring all content is approved before publishing. Design and implement social media strategies aligned with clients' business goals. Oversee design elements of social media accounts, such as cover images, profile pictures, and overall brand consistency. Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns, including boosted posts and ads. Develop and monitor custom audiences for each client, making adjustments as needed. Provide social budget recommendations based on targeting capabilities, audience sizes, and KPIs. Stay informed about current trends and topics within the social media landscape to recommend content and identify opportunities or concerns. Prepare and deliver monthly reports with metrics and analysis of social media channels. Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency. Engage with followers, respond promptly to inquiries, and monitor customer reviews. Content writing and SEO experience are pluses for the ideal candidate. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency working with multiple brands is preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in social analytics and reporting tools; experience with Hootsuite is a plus.
