Are you a digital content creator and a social media influencer? An ideal candidate would produce digital content to publish across social media platforms for brand awareness and recognition. Create videos for Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts & articles. Must be high energy and super creative with the drive to push the limits. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A fluent English speaker preferred. Responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies. Stay updated with current trends and best practices in social media marketing to continuously enhance our online presence. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall company goals and campaigns. Interact with customers and respond to inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Stay updated with industry news, competitors, and relevant events to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement. Job Specification

Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the consumer services industry. Proven track record in developing successful social media strategies and campaigns. Excellent understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content. Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to analyze data and trends to drive informed decision-making. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas. Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in executing social media activities.
