Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).7–10 years of senior leadership experience in classifieds / B2B sales.Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business targets.In-depth understanding of online classifieds business models, market dynamics, and emerging trends.Excellent leadership and team‑management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a capacity for data‑driven decision making.Exceptional communication, persuasive and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.Innovative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.Seniority Level
