Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, advertisers, developers, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor industry trends, client feedback, and market research to identify new product or service opportunities.

Drive sustainable growth and expansion of the agency base and market share in the regional territory.

Client Experience, Engagement, and Platform Optimization

Continuously improve client experience and engagement, ensuring intuitive navigation, efficient search functionality, and user‑friendly interfaces.

Leverage data analytics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements that increase client satisfaction and retention.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative features and maintain a competitive advantage.

Core Competencies & Skills

Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

7–10 years of senior leadership experience in classifieds / B2B sales.

Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business targets.

In-depth understanding of online classifieds business models, market dynamics, and emerging trends.

Excellent leadership and team‑management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a capacity for data‑driven decision making.

Exceptional communication, persuasive and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

Innovative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
