Role Description

• Oversee end-to-end operations of both online and offline orders.
• Ensure timely processing and fulfillment across omni-enabled stores.
• Liaise closely with store teams to monitor order flow and resolve fulfillment delays.
• Reconcile order data with courier partners.
• Ensure accuracy in delivery records, return handling, and status updates.
• Work with the finance team to reconcile omni order payments and returns.
• Identify and resolve issues related to order status, payment mismatches, and delivery failures.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce friction.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency while ensuring the alignment of initiatives with the company’s goals.
