We are seeking a proactive and articulate Call Centre Agent to manage both inbound and outbound communications for our UK-based clients. The ideal candidate will possess a neutral British accent, exhibit excellent communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, addressing queries and concerns for Dental practices based in London, Chartered accountancy firms across the UK, and Digital marketing agencies.
Conduct outbound calls, including cold calling, to promote digital marketing and financial services and generate leads.
Maintain and update client information in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Follow up on client interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalade and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
Fluent in spoken and written British English with a neutral accent.
Proven experience in customer support and cold calling.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working in UK business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience supporting UK-based clients.
Background in tele sales or telemarketing.
Understanding of the dental, accounting, or digital marketing industries.
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or a related field.
