Build and maintain relationships with potential clients. Contact prospective customers through cold calls and targeted emails. Educate potential clients about our solutions and how they address specific business challenges. Schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and accurately track all prospect interactions. Remain informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry developments. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base by qualifying leads. Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure ongoing satisfaction. Keep detailed records, logs, and activities related to sales outreach. Employ sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Seamless, Copilot AI) to optimize the sales pipeline.
