About The Role

We are seeking an experienced BDR to support outbound revenue generation for a scaling B2B company. You will work directly with the client team, owning complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers and managing everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers. The company provides comprehensive lead intelligence, premium outreach tools, and clear revenue targets. This role suits people who have consistently hit targets in complex B2B environments and want to join a company serious about scaling revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers; manage prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers.
• Leverage provided lead intelligence and outreach tools to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the client sales team and senior leadership; contribute to a high-velocity outbound environment.
• Aim for 15+ qualified appointments per month with prospects who have genuine buying authority and budget.
