The Mission Build CreativeFlic's lead pipeline by booking qualified meetings with high-value prospects. You'll own outreach, bidding, and lead qualification, removing all manual prospecting from the founder's plate.
1. Pipeline Generation Execute daily personalized outreach via
cold email, LinkedIn, and Instagram
targeting :
B2B / SaaS companies (VSLs, product explainers)
Marketing agencies (white-label partnerships)
Large faceless YouTube creators (>
50k subs)
Content Creators
KPIs :
Response rate, engagement by channel, reply-to-meeting conversion
2. Platform Bidding (Upwork / Fiverr) Own all bids with
100% customization —no templates. Every bid must :
Reference relevant CreativeFlic case studies
Include a tailored strategy hook
Prove you've researched the prospect
KPIs :
Bid customization rate, bid-to-interview conversion, client acquisition cost
3. Lead Qualification Screen every lead against strict criteria before booking :
Scope :
Faceless video, VSLs, agency support
Readiness :
Active need, not exploring
Provide a
Prep Note
for every meeting : pain point, required service, why they're qualified.
KPI :
Qualified meetings booked (unqualified meetings = failure)
4. Pipeline Management Maintain CRM / spreadsheet with all outreach history, lead stages, and conversion metrics. Deliver weekly pipeline reports.
KPI :
Pipeline accuracy, zero unqualified meetings
Requirements Non-Negotiable :
Exceptional written English
Research discipline (find hooks before outreach)
Self-motivated by commission structure
CRM / spreadsheet proficiency
Preferred :
Previous SDR / BDR experience
Familiarity with YouTube / content creator ecosystem
Experience with outreach tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav)
Compensation Base : PKR 35-45k / month
Commission :
3-5% of the first month's retainer
