Assistant Manager HR

The ideal candidate will be mainly responsible for recruitment and selection and ensure that quality people are hired in time, orientation of new employees, maintaining and updating employee records, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Job Specification

The candidate should be an HR specialist with in-depth knowledge of all areas of human resources. They should hold an MBA from a reputable institute and have at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an IT company. The ideal candidate must have the ability to generate smart solutions and possess a problem-solving flair, as well as the capability to plan, organize, and prioritize HR work. Additionally, they should be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
