Can work independently and assist the HR Manager in establishing the HR function in the Karachi Office.

Job Specification

Have a Master's Degree in HR / MBA HR

Have around 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources

Have solid expertise in technical recruitment (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) , preferably in the oil & gas sector

Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills

Have the capacity to take challenges head-on

Have a considerable appetite for work
