Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and follow up on leads. Handle inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Identify client needs and present appropriate software solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for attracting new clients. Achieve or exceed monthly call and conversion targets. Job Specification : Minimum of 3 years experience in outbound / inbound cold calling, preferably in the software industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
