Responsibilities
Staffing the organization with employees of relevant professions, occupations and skill levels; define staffing requirements. Conduct interviewing, testing and other activities to identify professional skills and socio‑psychological qualities of personnel and candidates applying for vacant posts. Organize events aimed at the induction and rapid adaptation of new employees. Coordinate work on training and personnel development for business careers. Prepare and communicate information on personnel changes related to strategic issues of the organization. Organize certification and evaluation of personnel. Participate in decisions on hiring, transfer, promotion, demotion, imposition of administrative sanctions, and dismissal of employees; consult on effective talent management. Participate in planning, social development, solutions, labor disputes and conflicts within the team. Register labor contracts and agreements. Organize and maintain personnel documentation. Salary
