The candidate will be responsible for providing Customer Support and Managing Relationships with customers from the US / UK Region. Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience, leading to sustainable business growth. Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and answering calls professionally and providing solutions to the customer. The Customer Success Manager has to plan and initiate the different strategic processes to handle customers on various E-commerce Platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart & others. Manage the entire Customer Support Team, suggest ways, and provide timely feedback to the team for enhancing customer experience. Solving complexities related to a Customer Case and providing the best possible solutions. Suggest improvements for retaining customers and suggest new ideas for acquiring more customers leading to revenue growth. Creating a positive work environment and motivating the team to achieve the desired objectives by identifying gaps and suggesting ways of improvement. Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support Management. Experience in E-Commerce Sales and Strategy planning is a MUST. Knowledge about major e-commerce models like dropship and retail arbitrage along with Amazon FBA, FBM, and PL. A self-starter who seeks challenges with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Working Days :
