We are currently seeking a Project Manager to manage the Pakistani development office of a wireless application development company.
The PM will be responsible for : Establishing a local development office in Islamabad for the parent company. Hiring and managing a team of technical staff expected to include 1 Development Manager, 5-10 Developers, 1-2 Technical Writers, 2-5 Testers, 2 Sys Admin, 1 DBA. Looking after the day to day operation and administration of the development office. Keeping informed about and taking advantage of incentives and programs offered by the government to foreign software companies. This position will report to a Project Director based in Toronto, Canada.

Fluency in spoken and written English and excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal, team-building, leadership and management skills. Development background with management experience in the software / application development space. Demonstrated experience in establishing and / or managing a development team / office in Pakistan.
