Lead project planning, define strategic goals, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Oversee multiple project components including hiring, training, LMS development, fellow placements and delivery of hardware kits. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations for optimal efficiency. Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, Ministry officials, and FDE for seamless execution. Monitor and supervise overall performance and deliverables of 150 Tech Fellows across schools. Identify project risks and implement timely mitigation strategies. Prepare and submit project reports and documentation as required. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure consistent progress toward project milestones. Enhance project visibility through timely communication and social media outreach. Continuously improve project workflows, processes, and methodologies. Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances. Knowledge of education technology (EdTech) trends and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a strong asset. Education

Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field (MPhil or higher preferred). Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing large-scale education or technology integration projects, preferably with government or development sector partners. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects involving ministries, public sector institutions, and donor agencies. Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
