About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of a strategic CBRE project in Islamabad.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards, while maintaining strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end project management for the CBRE initiative in Islamabad.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and CBRE stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with CBRE standards, local regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.
  • Manage procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate, construction, or facilities management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with CBRE processes and standards is highly desirable.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English; Urdu proficiency is a must.
