Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams of technicians / engineers in the field
• Motivate team members to achieve better performance
• Review team member performance and provide timely feedback
• Monitor on-field team performance & keep a strict check
• Build relationships with car dealers
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide reports to the data entry team and ensure all car data entered is accurate
• Hire resources to add more teams in the city as per the requirement
• Add more cities in the near region considering the potential in mind

Job Specification

Must have strong communication and organizational skills

Work with a consistent sense of urgency

Able to prioritize and successfully handle several tasks at once

Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal instruction

Able to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations

Accurate with attention to detail

Additional Skills

Automotive sales and automotive knowledge will be preferred.
