About the Role

At Motive, our growth marketing team drives customer acquisition and revenue growth across all touchpoints. We prioritize user-centric strategies to deliver our core value proposition effectively. We\'re seeking a Advertising Operations Senior Specialist based in Pakistan to assist with our advertising operations, including trafficking and administrative duties such as purchase order creation.

What You'll Do

• Manage Advertising Operations : Oversee trafficking and administrative tasks including purchase order creation for digital marketing campaigns across programmatic display, paid social, digital direct, paid editorials, paid search, content syndication, affiliates, and lead buying channels.
• Campaign Implementation : Execute end-to-end campaign trafficking front, from implementation, pacing, optimization, and performance measurement.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the growth channel leads and managers to deploy budgets effectively and contribute to digital investment strategies.
