About the Role :

Translation Empire is on the lookout for an innovative and results-driven Ads Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. This role entails managing, optimizing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to enhance our reach and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Linkedin Ads Conduct thorough keyword research and develop targeted ad copy to maximize performance Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly, adjusting strategies to improve click-through and conversion rates Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate ads with broader marketing efforts and content Analyze competitor ad strategies and industry trends to inform campaign decisions Generate reports on ad performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvement Stay updated on changes in advertising platforms and best practices to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills :

Proven experience managing PPC campaigns (1+ years) with a strong understanding of digital advertising Familiarity with various advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication skills to effectively convey campaign results and strategies Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
