Digital Ads Specialists
to contribute to a high-impact, multi-platform advertising project. This role offers the opportunity to shape digital campaigns that deliver measurable results and business growth.
Role Overview The Digital Ads Specialist will be responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing performance advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with creative thinking and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, Zalo Ads, and other relevant platforms
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and develop compelling ad copy
Conduct A / B testing and recommend continuous performance improvements
Implement tracking pixels, conversion tags, and event monitoring through Google Tag Manager
Analyze performance data and generate actionable reports using Looker Studio / Data Studio
Collaborate closely with the Harmoney remote team to align on campaign strategy and performance goals
Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and at least one additional platform (e.g., Meta, TikTok)
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager
Experience with TikTok Business Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Keyword Planner
Strong copywriting skills and a data-driven mindset
Google Ads certification is a strong advantage
Proactive, self-managed, and reliable in a distributed team environment
Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
