User Growth & Engagement : Develop and execute strategies to increase user acquisition, activity, and retention. Course Operations : Optimize the tutor onboarding process, improve course conversion rates, and enhance overall learning experience and user satisfaction. Campaign Planning & Execution : Plan and deliver online / offline campaigns (e.g., promotions, learning challenges, community events) to boost user participation and brand visibility. Data Analysis & Optimization : Monitor key metrics, analyze user behavior, generate regular insights, and drive data-driven improvements in operations. Content Operations : Manage and optimize course content, user reviews, and community engagement to ensure high-quality platform content. Channel Development : Identify, build, and manage traffic acquisition channels, collaborating with social media, content platforms, and KOLs to drive user growth. Monetization Exploration : Explore and implement new business models (subscriptions, value-added services, etc.) based on user needs and market trends. Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with product, tech, marketing, and customer support teams to enhance features and improve user experience. Job Specification
Experience : 2+ years of experience in internet product operations; background in education, online learning, or social platforms is preferred. Data-Driven Mindset : Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions and optimize strategies based on data. Campaign Skills : Proven ability to design and execute user acquisition, engagement, and conversion campaigns with successful cases. User Insights : Strong understanding of user needs; ability to identify product improvement opportunities from user feedback. Communication & Collaboration : Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments. Execution & Innovation : High sense of ownership, execution power, and innovative thinking to explore new operational approaches. Language Skills : Strong English communication skills preferred; ability to handle international user operations is a plus.
