Do you love connecting dots, automating workflows, and showing people the "magic" of AI without writing thousands of lines of traditional code?

This isn't a typical developer role.

We're looking for a creative, tech-savvy individual who thrives on rapid experimentation.

As our Vibe Coder, you will be the creative engine for our client engagements.

You'll use powerful low-code and AI-native tools like N8N, Loveable, and Cursor to rapidly build working prototypes and proofs-of-concept (POCs).

Your mission is to take a client's challenge and quickly demonstrate a tangible AI solution, bringing their vision to life in days, not months.

These prototypes will be the crucial first step that showcases the "art of the possible" before our in-house development team takes them to production.

Beyond technical prowess, you possess a strong product and design thinking mindset.

You understand how to marry user experience (UX) principles with core business needs, translating complex challenges into intuitive and impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with our strategy and sales teams to understand the business needs and challenges of our prospects and clients.

Design and build functional, interactive AI prototypes and POCs using tools like N8N for automation, Loveable for user interfaces, and Cursor for AI-assisted development.

Serve as our in-house expert on rapid prototyping tools, constantly exploring and mastering the latest platforms.

Craft and refine powerful prompts to get the most out of LLMs and other AI models integrated into your prototypes.

Clearly and enthusiastically demonstrate your creations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Document your prototypes and workflows for a smooth handover to our core development team for full-scale implementation.

Stay relentlessly curious, continuously learning about the ever-evolving landscape of AI tools and techniques.

Translate complex business challenges into intuitive and impactful AI solutions, focusing on user experience (UX) principles.

Bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, ensuring prototypes effectively address client objectives.

Who You Are : A Tech Enthusiast & Tinkerer : You have a genuine passion for technology and AI.

You aren’t afraid to dive into new software and figure out how it works.

A Creative Problem-Solver : You see business problems as puzzles and enjoy finding clever, efficient ways to solve them with the tools at your disposal.

A Master of Modern Tools : You have hands-on experience with, and a love for, no-code / low-code platforms (experience with N8N is a huge plus).

You are familiar with AI-powered development environments like Cursor or similar tools.

An Excellent Prompt Engineer : You know how to talk to AI.

You can formulate clear, effective prompts to generate desired outcomes from various AI models.

Not Necessarily a Coder, But Tech-Fluent : You don't need a computer science degree, but you should understand basic concepts like APIs, data structures (JSON), and logical workflows.
