About The Role

As a Senior Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the product lifecycle from ideation to execution and scaling. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to build and deliver products that cater to B2B customers, including staff, business owners, and employees.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Own the full product lifecycle from 0 to 1 and scaling from 1 to 100
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams
• Build intuitive B2B software and hardware products for staff, employees, and business owners
• Define product strategy using user feedback, research, and data-driven insights
• Drive development of AI-powered features by working closely with AI and ML engineers
• Translate AI capabilities (like LLMs or predictive models) into seamless user experiences and real business value
