Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Operations Manager (Proposals / Contracts). The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of business operations, managing contracts and proposals, and ensuring smooth program management. The individual will also analyze financial data to optimize operations and support decision-making processes.

Business Operations Manager (Proposals / Contracts)
who can take ownership of
client proposals, contracts, and operational workflows .
This role is perfect for someone highly
organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven , with strong business acumen and the ability to bridge between
sales, legal, and operations .
Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of
business proposals and client contracts , from drafting to execution.
Work closely with Sales and Partnerships teams to create
compelling proposals
that align with client needs.
Standardize and optimize
proposal templates, pricing models, and contract structures .
Track and monitor
contract KPIs
(turnaround time, renewal rates, compliance).
Ensure all proposals and contracts are
legally sound, accurate, and aligned with business goals .
Collaborate with Finance to ensure contract terms align with
budgeting and forecasting .
Maintain organized records of
contracts, renewals, and key obligations .
Implement
automation tools
(CRM, DocuSign, contract management systems) to streamline workflows.

What We’re Looking For
4+ years in
business operations, sales operations, or contract management .
Proven experience managing
proposals, bids, RFPs, and contract negotiations .
Strong skills in
business writing, documentation, and reporting .
Proficiency with
CRM and contract tools
(HubSpot, Salesforce, DocuSign, PandaDoc, etc.).
Solid understanding of
budgeting, KPIs, and operational efficiency .
Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate across
sales, partnerships, legal, and finance .
Bonus Points
Experience in
AI, SaaS, or tech-driven companies .
Familiarity with
procurement processes and vendor contracts .
Skills in
automation platforms
(Zapier, Make, or similar).
Exposure to
fundraising or investor documentation .
