to join our team. If you know how to win projects on Upwork, communicate with clients, and write proposals that get results, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for managing our Upwork profile, finding the right opportunities, creating strong proposals, and helping us hire the right freelancers when needed. We’re looking for someone confident, detail-oriented, and with a proven track record of success on Upwork. What you’ll do : Find and bid on the right projects through Upwork. Write clear, professional, and persuasive proposals. Communicate with clients to understand their needs. Manage our Upwork profile and client relationships. Help in hiring and coordinating with freelancers. Build a steady pipeline of opportunities and meet monthly targets. What we’re looking for : At least

2 years of experience

in Upwork bidding and client acquisition. Strong written and spoken English skills. Familiarity with software and digital services, or similar industries. Ability to understand client needs and create customized proposals.
