Key responsibilities
- Develop regional action plans, sales forecasts in coordination with Sales Head to create new business opportunities.
- Direct selling activities within a region including resource deployment and customer engagement and prioritize tasks effectively in line with corporate objectives.
- Monitor market prices and recommend price adjustments to buyers when necessary due to unforeseen changes in cost factors.
- Maintain and expand the customer base by building strong relationships with key customers and identifying new business opportunities.
- Provide effective leadership to both internal and external customers across all assigned responsibilities.
- Negotiate rates and finalize deals with clients in accordance with company policies.
- Determine payment terms and credit limits based on customer’s credit worthiness to ensure timely payment collection and minimize risk of bad debts.
- Train sales officers on product specifications and sales techniques including lead generation, conflict resolution, negotiation and closing skills, to improve sales performance and response time.
- Monitor sales performance including revenues, sales volumes and cost against forecasts to identify problem areas; achieve regional sales objectives by incorporating regional sales data into strategic planning. Submit periodic Sales Analysis report to the respective Head of department and TOP Management.
- Develop strong market tactics, generate leads and identify opportunities through continuous monitoring of competitor’s activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery.
- Assist in organizing and executing sales & marketing events.
