Position Overview :

We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Manager

to lead and grow our shoe sole chemical business. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a confident personality, and a passion for customer engagement. Experience in chemical or footwear materials sales is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Promote and sell shoe sole chemicals to manufacturers and distributors
• Develop and manage a client portfolio in the footwear and allied industries
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities
• Collaborate with technical and product development teams for customer-specific solutions
• Meet sales targets and report regularly on market feedback and competitor activity
